Horrible redesign. Fonts are so small and there appears to be no way of changing. Visually impaired people have been ignored. Previous app wasn't good, but this is worse.

most stupid update ever. takes me 10 min to find what I need. Overly complicated.

What a disaster! The new app version I got today lost ALL useful features: no dashboard with quick access to main functions, no easy access to train schedules (they are now only in PDF format), no Departure Vision. This version makes the app USELESS: instead of me indispensable Swiss army knife with multitude of easily accessible tools we now got a stick that is good for one thing only - to throw it away!

useful and helpful! but best part of the App is how happy the Train agents are happy to see us ready to scan our activated Train tickets!

new interface is terrible. when a train is selected for a trip I'd does not show what track it's on. not sure who's idea it was to remove the most important piece of information like what platform the train you need to take is leaving from. might be useful.

Buying a ticket hangs frequently. Loading, Loading, Loading, Loading.... lame. Also it's extremely difficult to find the gate number for a bus at Penn Station.

account broken. can't login just throws an empty error and support page is also broken. also, I declined gps access, stop asking every time!!!

works ok to buy tickets and check times, but it's started vibrating my phone with every action, including entering & exiting the app. the experience is unpleasant and i can't figure out how to turn it off. please disable this
