Driver accepted a scheduled ride only to cancel at the appointed time. Lyft refused to help me at all.

DON'T USE THIS APP UNLESS YOU LIKE USING AI TO TRY TO DISPUTE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. Trying to dispute charges in the app IS impossible since it's ALL done by ai & NOT WITH A REAL PERSON. There's also NO way to contact support directly WITHOUT going through ai. I have even TRIED to talk to an agent by putting in the chat box multiple times that I wanted to talk to an agent & it WOULDN'T put me through to an agent so I could dispute unknown charges that were charged to me. GRRRRR!!! 🤬🤬🤬

I must be the lucky one, because all of the drivers that I have ridden with were nice and courteous, their vehicles were exceptional clean, and their driving would make a drivers training teacher proud. This is why I choose Lyft!

unreliable. does not matter if you are at a prime demand location in a major city, they do not have drivers available.

so sick of the app saying "driver in 6 min" I book it and the driver is 15 min away. I'm done deleting app.

Lyft has become the worst unreliable ask for a ride to puck me up in 4 minutes literally took 45 minutes to pick me up and it showed drivers close to me to pick me up but looks like they couldn't even make it out of the parking lot and you cant cancel without them charging you for rides that never show up plus the price gouging that the driver never gets i have to pay almost 60 dollars sometimes to n get home only for my driver to get the 8 dollar tip i leave lyft should do better

Lyft is scamming riders into paying more while paying the driver less than 50%. Be sure to price check the trip with another app, like Uber, because drivers are not employees and Lyft could care less who rides with them. Customer support no longer exists and has been replaced with AI. If you have any billing issues, good luck and godspeed.
