charged me $50 then stopped charging 30 seconds after I left to run errands. always great to come back to a dead car. if it ain't Electrify America it's basically trash

says my card isn't working and I literally just used it. terrable app, broken charger. avoid if at all possible

glitchy. was getting charged even though my car wasnt getting charged. I disconnected and drive away. then the app says I cant stop session. yeah ok.

Won't let me add a credit card. Repeatedly getting error message "Having trouble. Please try again." Please fix the app.

App randomly disables nfc and won't allow me to use my phone as a card. Clearing cache/saved information doesn't resolve. The app will also overcharge you for visits, attempting to charge hundreds of dollars when it goes offline

Doesn't work. Constantly disconnects from wifi. My phone works fine on wifi right beside it and the service is fine. Useless. Complete waste of time and money. It's going back.

I was going to use this for the first time at a chargepoint station. They didnt have the proper outlet for my vehicle and I didn't have the right adapter so I was not able to get a single bit of charge. I wa charged $50 for not even charging and was told it would be refunded. That was over 2 weeks ago. DO NOT USE this shady as hell app or company!!!
