They use your phone number and email for unsolicited marketing calls and spam. Reply to ParkMobile's reply: Or you could just not do it in the first place. I received multiple emails from you, and then when I marked it as spam, you decide to start calling me instead? Absolutely not. Apologize.

scam, don't download unless there are no other options. they lock you in before explaining fees and no transparency on price, despite them accepting your ticket into their system with an inability to cancel. rotten to core. this is the epitome of bad business practices. response to comment: incorrect. you can provide your fees upfront before contractually trapping in the customer. I had a physical ticket in my hand, that I preferred to use to leave with. I couldn't use it because you hijacked.

trying to tell me that adding my phone number will secure my account. every secret expert advises against the use of mobile numbers for 2FA. this is just to collect and sell more meta data and lose all the information in a potential breach. so so sad! not using it... can't even skip the phone number step...

Functional but spammy It works fine for actual parking, but always nags me about "free gifts" when it wants me to buy into some gift card garbage. Cut the spammy nonsense and this would be a decent app.

I want to give this more stars, but every time I go to use this app, it does not load past the initial splash screen, clearing cache and force stopping does not fix the issue, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app, every time I want to use it. waste of my time and a major frustration. Using android, power armor 18T

This app overcharges by almost 3x. Two hours of parking in DC paid at the meter machine is $4.60, whereas if paid on the app it is $14.
