Search is broken for me. I hit the magnifying glass and a blank page just reloads. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. My keyboard doesn't pull up for the Search to type. A little frustrating TBH.

This app is TERRIBLE!!! Sometimes it will let me order online and sometimes it won't! This has been happening for over a year now and they've still not gotten it fixed! Not to mention the search bar won't load alot of times! I'm ready to just cut up my Ulta credit card delete the app and start shopping at sephora!

I'm having trouble with the login keep sending me back to the homepage everytime I try to login. maybe by the fifth time it sends me to verify myself through email or through phone number. still keeps sending me back to the homepage to login. I was asked to clear my cache I did still having the same problem. I even uninstalled it and restalled it

signed in like a trillion times and it automatically signs me out right when I do. so annoyed I un-installed and probably will shop somewhere else due to the inconvenience.

everytime I place an order on the app I get charged twice for same order, not happy about this.

Great to scroll but It wouldn't let me check out after numerous times of trying and using different methods. kept saying error M1.
