so I tried to cancel my monthly subscription after I got my first one I tried canceling it 3 times so I assumed it was but it charged my card again I went to see if my ipsy was still activated it said it wasn't but then y charge me and I made a complaint and asked for a refund and they refused so I no longer will be a future customer

Do not subscribe. Trying to unsubscribe is extremely hard and they continue attempting charges to your card on file.

this was the biggest waste of money. I got one product that I said I would use regularly. I got multiple products I was clear I would and could not use.. I spend a lot of money on an anti aging prescription.. therefore I was very clear that I did not want anything that we could counteract what I'm already using. I was clear I didn't want skin treatment at all. I was clear I don't wear lipstick and guess what they sent? lipstick. They sent me one thing that I said I would use regularly. GARBAGE
ipsy scams you. if your box doesn't show up for whatever reason, they won't refund you. they will just keep sending you fake "replacements" that you also never see. had to end up disputing all transactions made through my bank because the customer service was terrible and they refused to refund me.
great beauty supplies for such cheap 👌 prices and brand name items. highly recommend it ladies.

App is slow to load and often lags. Customer support bot is a joke. Emailing customer service gets you another bot. Shipping is through Amazon, but you have to wait 3 weeks after your package hasn't moved to have a valid enough claim for them to respond.
