For the past few days, I have noticed that I am unable to view the videos stored in my Google Photos. It simply displays the message "Can't play video." These videos play perfectly fine in many other video players, but they just won't play here. Therefore, I request Google to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Description
At its core, Google Photos gives mobile users a direct way to approach capturing, viewing, organizing, or refining images. It is aimed primarily at people who regularly work with photos on a phone or tablet. A light first visit can establish the basics before the user commits to a longer session. Its description in the provided store data gives a clearer picture of the intended interaction, so the points below stay close to that record. Editing controls, filters, or effects are mentioned, suggesting that someone using the software can adjust content rather than only view it. Someone opening it for the first time can begin with one straightforward action and learn the remaining controls gradually. A user judging Google Photos can focus on how naturally it handles capturing, viewing, organizing, or refining images from one session to the next. A few minutes with the core activity should tell most people more than a long tour through every provided menu.

How to Use
- Step 1: Enter the recorded Google Play listing for Google Photos on the Android hardware where it will be installed.
- Step 2: Double-check that the software name and icon match Google Photos. Because the developer is not recorded in the current data, do not guess it; use the listing itself to verify who publishes the software. Also read the operating-system requirement and make sure the hardware is supported.
- Step 3: Read the store details that is actually present, including price and privacy details, and leave every unsupported point launch.
- Step 4: Tap the store’s Install or Get control and wait until the verified store finishes downloading and installing Google Photos.
- Step 5: Enter Google Photos from the hardware’s app list or home screen. Take in the first screen before creating an account or entering details that identifies you.
- Step 6: Review each permission as it appears. Grant it only when the action on screen has a clear need for that access.
- Step 7: Start with one tool described in the store listing and follow the labels presented inside the software. Complete a small test before using important files, payments, or private data.
- Step 8: Return to the same verified store for updates. Review any new permission request before accepting it, especially after a major update.
