BEWARE OF THIS APP, BOOK DIRECT. I used this app for my flights & the wrong flight date was issued. The platform is fantastic at shirking responsibility, with zero serviceable solutions to help me with such troubling circumstances. Before you manage to even reach human customer service, you need to escalate it past their AI agents - and even then, they are lazy. They barely action anything for you, and respond within the hour that there is no solution. Now, im stuck with standard refund policy.

so not use. as the train got cancelled they asked me to send proof of another way of getting to my destination to which I use a friend to drive how does one prove that they got a lift from a family member other than doing a selfie while she drives. have said no to refund so not use !!!!

This app does not have various payments such as Napas for Vietnamese, only visa, master card etc. That causes a lot of trouble for payment though their tickets are affordable 😕. I think you should add more payment methods to suit a range of customers'needs. Traveloka already had it. Thank you for taking time to read my review.
