Had it and uninstalled in less than 2 weeks. Started out being cheaper but the drivers were a little off (either a little rude or drove erratically) but whatever you got me there safely. NOW there are a bunch of GPS issues and. theyre about the same price as Uber and Lyft in the mornings when I need it the most. Yea, Im good on it. Id rather just deal with the other certified apps for all this. They do come faster than other drivers so theres that.

a lot of problems I've got with the app I just order the car and it took very long to come and their that showed on the app was wrong and I have problems when it comes to my house It goes to a different address whatever you guys have to fix some stuff
I would rather spend my money with Uber this service have you wait for a while before the drivers finally arrives a lot of times when you try to contact them and ask where they're at they do not pick up. a couple of weeks ago I ordered a ride the ride was supposed to come they switched the driver in the middle of them saying that they were on their way the person that was supposed to come said that she picked me up and was paid for the ride but they never completed the ride. No one resolved issu
Some drivers are sketchy and drives rougher than uber but I would still choose empower over uber since its atleast 20-50% cheaper to go same destination on empower and drivers gets to keep all the money.
Drivers constantly cancel, and the charge on the card is higher than the cost shown in the app.
