Cannot create an account! i have tried multiple times and it will not allow me to create an account.And then it locks me out saying, too many attempts. it's the part where it sends you the verification code. i type it the number provided, and it just spins and stops. Does not go to the next screen to verify my identity. i gave up an uninstalled. irritating now i'm done
WOW, all about making that money any more, yeah? I like how you now have to buy a subscription before your aloud options for your package. oh, I really like that you can even speed up the delivery of your package, but only for a price. I'm not sure about anyone else but that tells me that they are intentionally slowing down the delivery to get people to pay to speed it up. I use to tell people UPS was the best, I don't do that anymore. USPS is now at least your still better than FedEx. Thanks
I get a session expired message as soon as I tap to track a package
ups is absolutely awful. delivery times are never accurate and I had a package that was supposed to arrive on a specific day and the date got changed 3 times along with the delivery time. On the day of receiving my package it said a specific time so I had it aligned so someone could be present since I couldn't be then they moved my delivery time to hours later in the day so I canceled that person coming cause I was off in time to meet the delivery time and the driver showed up 6 hours early.

I am 100% done with ups which in my book now stands for Useless Postal Service!! I will from now on 100% only use FedEx!! 1st off it was said to the shipper that i would have my package yesterday 4/24 or I would have never had it shipped . My package has been sitting 30 minutes away since 1pm 4/24 . I tried on the useless app to arrange for pickup. I called and was told it would take 24hrs to do. they claim to ship something in 24hrs but can't arrange pick up in less time. stuck out of town 2

makes expecting deliveries alot easier being able to track all the way to your door step.
App never works. Any time a tracking number is entered, it never tracks it or shows the current status. I have to always use the UPS website which itself is pretty awful.
