Not flexible at all. I have been trying to change my location for weeks now. They seriously need to fix all the bugs in their App. Chat with agent option is a joke they never really care about anything you say. I have reported multiple times still it's not sorted out.

After switching positions, my schedule was not updated properly, and I was marked late for shifts I was not scheduled to work. Although the issue was fixed once, it happened again, and I was terminated because of it.
