This app has been awesome for finding parking in cities. It's easy to use and book. I like that it gives you the distances the garage is from your destination and a map to see it on. It's also nice that they include pictures of the building to make it easier to find. It's great to have a spot waiting for you so you don't need to spend time searching.

Showed up and the garage was full, had to book a second spot through the app just to park. Paid twice. Contacted support that evening and the agent was condescending, treated me like a liar, snidely asked if I'd read the terms and conditions. My account shows I rebooked minutes after the first reservation started. He could see that. This should have been simple. Instead I had to fight for a refund he may or may not actually process. Deleting the app. Not worth it if there is no guarantee...
