Ads have taken over my page. I'm not happy with this content.

Ads that show on opening are deceptive. Often show a dialogue box with fake information about an update or viruses.

installed a bunch of spam software. now adds are showing when I open my phone ans I can't stop it.

Reported their corrupt, malicious ads that claim your phone is severely damaged and must download a PUP/malware. Very dishonest and corrupt, like their 5 star reviews! Camera always misses important events. I suddenly have a new trash can and can't see who dropped it off or other events because of cooldown of 1 minute and w/only 20 sec video. It could cause you to be robbed and not know by who. Biggest Issue? Doesn't connect to any smart systems, battery only lasts 2wks after 1yr. Abusive ppl!!!

An update disabled the entire system. Ugh. Bricked.

Excellent app and camera. I have had these for a year now and haven't had any problems. I love them. My only issue is that I can't find these on Amazon anymore, and I'd love to order 2 more. CG3A camera model. 2026 Edit: there are ads now to open up the app. that seems incredibly inconvenient when you're trying to Assess an issuer situation, and you have to wait for an ad to go away. Seconds count in emergencies and an ad is extremely inconvenient and dangerous.

Great cameras. I've been using 'em for about a year. I just ordered two more super easy installation and I have never subscribed.I just use s d card and never have any issues.Thanks Vicohome, you guys are great

bird camera does not work. cannot pair with phone. no help available.

they have spam add now as soon as you open the app it's really bad. I would avoid this app at all cost.
