Rachio is The Best Ever!💯 We had a Brand New Rainbird controller that broke the first time we tried to adjust the timers. Needed to adjust the Rachio Controlled Sprinklers and was easily able to run each zone for any amount of time I wanted. All with clicking single easy to find setting on the App!!!🥳 This put my Mind at ease for future adjustments if needed.🤩

I have like 80 smart devices in my house. This is literally the only one that never has issues. It's like 5 years old. They are doing something right! If I ever move, I'm absolutely buying another!

customer service is horrible. I have spent hours trying to get this thing working. They keep coming up with excuses none of which work. it did work for a while and I liked it, but then it dropped off and I could never get it to work again. don't waste your money.

Buggy app at best. If you have 6 zones scheduled to run for 3 hrs at 30 mins each..when unchecked 3 zones to only run 3, it automatically run the 3 zones for 1 hr each instead of running each 30 min as set. you would think this is simple to do.

works really well and the app gives you plenty of options.

so easy to install and use. I'm not a techy guy.. and was nervous that I would need to call someone in.. what a great surprise as to how smooth the process was.

new ui update is garbage. why do I have to go 3 screens deep to an alternative calendar to skip a day?
