This app only works about 35% of the time. I tried to look up the paint color I purchased previously, and it wouldn't let me look at the order details - it just said "there is nothing here" and recently, everytime I try to make a purchase, as I have for the last year of renovating my house with Lowe's, I'll press checkout, and a notification will pop up saying the price has been updated. and won't go through the app is trash and is only good for looking stuff up.

Can't add items to my cart. Started a chat for help. App said I was waiting in queue. After waiting for 20 minutes I sent a message saying "hello?". At that point I got all the responses from the agent They were waiting for me to reply and closed the chat because they didn't get a response. It said I was in queue! Now I'm trying again, but I think the same thing is happening. These companies just love wasting everyone's time.

I had made an online order 3 times and each time was cancelled. The first time, was cancelled 10 minutes before I went in-store to pick up; saw the items and brought them to the return/pickup desk since the items were not ready. Then to be told my order was cancelled. Was told to place another order, waited, and was told they couldn't do nothing until it was "pushed through". Called a customer service representative and was told what I already know and don't know why the orders were cancelled
