If planning ahead to rent 1, WEAR A HELMET! Could save your life! I almost died on 2/28, when I accidentally hit a high curb while going downhill; flew off, landing full force onto my head, straight into the concrete [was only going 1/2 the max speed btw]. Was in Neuro-ICU for 9 days w/ severe TBIs and tons of skull/facial fractures. They REALLY need to provide helmets w/ sealed disposable 1 time use hair caps to protect from lice/etc! If I owned a bike/scooter & helmet, I def woulda worn it..

Way too expensive. Even for less than 1km, it is more expensive of the public transport whose ticket last 1h. A nonsense. The best way to assist is to review the pricing depending on the service location. You aren't competitive here. Either lower the price or abandon

the newest update has taken away its ability to to recognize GPS. I picked up a scooter to speed up my time to pick up food . when I return to the same spot 5 minutes later . I was forced to park a quarter a mile away . completely negated the time that I would have saved and forced me to pay money . I had to drive a quarter of a mile away to park. why even bother using these things? they're supposed to be convenient.

had to wait 20mins for my ride to start and have been charged a 5er on top of my ride which is not showing on the app appalling service

it breaks down ALL THE TIME. As soon as I've payed for minutes, it doesn't want to work anymore but for some reason pay as you ride works. it's ridiculous

I just opened an account and tried to make my first ride. But the vehicle's acceleration button didn't work. I just tried 5 minutes and charged 7 PLN. Great scam, guys. Won't be back ever for sure.
