Terrible, this app looks and works like it's the year 2015. Just tried to change my email address and it was a nightmare and still could not complete the task on their website and now I have to make that dreaded phone call. What sense does it make to have technology that does not work!

Capitalone stopped allowing customers to use their debit card because according to the manager I spoke to "it is more secure to use your bank account and routing number" yeah duh ok cap one. it's all about inconvenience. Great Job!
