must be completely AI built. words are mispronounced and some of the meanings are inaccurate.
its very good
getting me to do a test just to blackmail me for the results is gross. do better.
I was really disappointed. I tested in as "advanced" (missed one definition) and I've done a bunch of the "games" and I get alerted to the word of the day... beyond that first "test" I've recognized every word and haven't learned a single thing... sooo yeah. uninstalling.
decent app just wish the definitions were a bit more in depth. half the descriptions dont describe the word to its full and leaves a lot out.
Doesn't seem to matter what "level" you set, it mostly gives words like "swag" or incredibly simple words like "befriend." I have also noticed grammar mistakes in multiple definitions. The settings interface is clumsy and not intuitive. I'm honestly pretty sure this app was mostly built by AI. Thought it would be fun to have a little widget that taught me new words, but after having it for several days, I have only seen words (and slang terms) that I already learned in elementary school.
did the survey at the start just to get prompted to pay, nice
you think your subscription is worth millions apparently but I would really like my money returned. $57 is way too much to pay for a game!
Expensive, makes you go through all the set up before hitting you with the price/subscription
