I cancelled my subscription in February 2025, in March 2026 over £40 was taken from my account from an expired card. There is no way of contacting any department, the system sends you round in circles, so this is my last option to say anything. Due to not being able to contact anyone, I have no idea if and when they will take further payments from my account. I would absolutely steer clear of subscribing to this app. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Link doesn't work, just give me a support contact!!!

the mobile app is too glitchy especially in duels. it doesn't give proper time and just ends the game while guessing. It sometimes throws random timeouts. the game is pretty good but these kinds of experiences really ruin the game for me, especially the duels. also, there are frequent failed to join the lobby errors as well, which is frustrating for a user with a subscription. also, a lot of times during battle royals, I am stuck at waiting for the contest to start, but it never starts. fix.

please update the camera movement speed it is so slow right now. its an easy fix you can even add its code with ai. put a slider at the settings.
