They seem scammy. Got an email saying "welcome to fever... Here's $5" but they never sent me any and their chat support wasn't able to help me. Very misleading 😒

Extremely disappointing experience with Fever. My card details were used fraudulently, and instead of assisting, they put up barriers by requesting documentation that isn’t realistically accessible (a full police report). Even after reporting the matter to police and providing an official event number, they refused to proceed. Very poor customer support when it matters most.

Beyond the pleasant gimmick of the candlelight and the amazing location, Fever’s tribute to Hans Zimmer was incredibly disappointing. The sound was flat, at times even screeching, and the entire performance felt completely uninspired. To take such powerful cinematic scores and strip them of all their magic is, in itself, a remarkable achievement.

When purchasing tickets through,I clicked on Saturday, but because there were no available times, the site defaulted to Sunday without making it obvious. It was very easy to miss, and I ended up buying tickets for the wrong day. First, I was told they could not refund me. Then I was told they could offer a partial refund for half the amount, which I was willing to accept. Later, I received another email saying they could not offer any refund at all.The entire process was confusing & inconsistent

wasnt able to apply discount at checkout and nothing could be done after. discounts could have been automatic since its publicized on the event and fever site instead of requiring to input the code. contacted cs and they are nice but issue could not be solved.
