NOTHING LIKE THE SLIDING DRINKS DEMO! I downloaded this game because of an advertisement for the game with a demo that featured sliding drinks that combine and stack when a match is made. Kind of like a simplified Tetris. However, upon downloading and actually playing the game I quickly realized that this was nothing like the demo I had played previously. I attempted to bring this issue up to customer support, but the only option is to talk to a useless chat bot that quickly gives up.

Charged twice due to their error. First purchase failed, second went through, then the first processed anyway. One reward from the duplicate was auto-applied—I did NOT spend the gems. I asked them to remove the rewards and take back the gems, but they refused. I contacted support immediately, but no help. Unfair system and terrible customer service.

I won't play games that give unsolicited hints. why bother playing if they keep giving you the answers? I watch TV when I play and got tired of looking down with the answer flashing.

This is a nice game to play to pass time BUT it keeps shutting down on me!!! I'll play for a few minutes and it will just go back to my home screen. Very frustrating!!!
