The app is decent but.h biggest issue is that the dumba designers decide to not provide clear errors. I often try to log in using my work place connection, vpn, mobile phone, or something similar. user and pass is correct but the dumb site will block the login and lie to me that something is wrong . then I spend 15 hours troubleshooting until I find an "ok" IP address.

Last update broke the select sear function. Now after selecting a seat you choose next flight and the app dumps you back out to the itinerary.

why does Delta continue to offer a broken app!?!? "Oops! We're sorry... This service is unavailable at this time. Please try again." "We are cụrrently unable to process your request. Please try again later." repeatable 100%. your customer support refuses contact.

I can't log in or use the app as a guest at all. I either get a "Sorry, we can't complete your request now, please try again later" message or the app crashes.

Delta lost my luggage and your app kept saying it was on the plane. After 90 minutes after landing there was no update. I reached out to your sms customer care flow and they told me to try in person with your baggage team. Your baggage team could not find it and refused to help me when I wanted to file a complaint. I have never had a company with such low ownership that your teams can't be bothered to help a customer.

Can't stay logged in. When selecting seats, the Next button is underneath the phone back button (screen extends too far to the bottom).

For three hours been trying set up account with Delta sky miles won't take my username don't know what else name they want. I am frustrated with this website. There no help when you need it. I want to people not a robot!!

several areas of the app have their action buttons stuck behind the navigation bar. check bags and select seats.

instal App from Playstore the app will not load and bBooking Flight as guest does not work. create Account is not responding I uninstall the App
