Constantly signs me out, and when I attempt to use a passcode to my email, refreshes the page and brings me back to the request instead of allowing me to put in the code. More trouble than it's worth.

Really sluggish and slow. It's like it's a poor quality web wrapper. For example, some pages have a search bar at the top, in addition to the search bar at the top of the app. Either make it a real app, or why even try with this experience? You're just ticking off your members. Additionally, the app continues to sign me out over and over again.

"This app isn't compatible with your device anymore." You people are so bad at lying. It runs and loads everything just fine if I leave the unclosable prompt open.

somewhat useful, but I can't exit the app with the back button, so I have to manually kill it. decent search, but sometimes not granular enough. doesn't display model numbers in the appliance pages until you get to the details page for each appliance.
