Really shady way of signing you up. It said it was free and 'click here to activate the tag' but after I clicked it, it automatically signed me up for a premium account and automatically charged me without authorisation.

Just got my dog tags, app keeps freezing up and glitching. I read reviews about others being charged for a subscription. Crumb saves your payment method when youbpay for shipping. I deleted my paypal subscription through paypal before I was charged. So far Im not impressed. I will leave comments on every advertisement I see on facebook, Instagram, BBB etc about the shady company. Others please do the same thing.

I requested and received tags for 2 pets. One dog, Precious and one cat, Shausta. However, when I attempted set-up, the app would not allow me to do each one separately. So now it is really confused. Not at all correct. Very disappointed.
