horrible , can't make online orders without having to see a map, for reason's that make no sense, need to be able to just ordet.

Rewards have to be added to the order before claiming the reward. The app will offer a reward, but after you click on it you, then have to go search through the menu to find that exact match for the reward item. If you get it wrong, then no reward. Seems they make it more difficult so that they can offer rewards without having them redeemed.

SAD!!! Make sure when you order through the mobile APP you have the pick up location correct. Member since 2022. I think it is time to. let them GO!!

Poor quality app. Won't allow gift card to be uploaded even after clearing cache and uninstalling app. Tried even checking the balance and that feature won't work either.

Absolutely terrible app. Got errors adding my gift card, cant even use it. I had chips and guacamole in my bag along with a burrito and bowl and my free chips and guacamole promo say im not eligible even though it was just working. Just a disaster app avoid

App showed Free Chips. Clicked on offer and saw it reqire points to get chips. So they were not free. i did not redeem offer. However when I looked at purchase history it had deducted points. I NEVER GOT ANY CHIPS! What rip. No way to contact anyone to complain.

the app is horrible every time I try to place an order through the app it takes the money off my card and has it pending but the order never places
