Horrible experience took my money then told me I wasnt approved then have to wait 14 days for a refund of the 2790 I paid for down-payment. I would urge huge caution ⚠️ with this service!

not even worth the hassle. was supposed to have a vehicle delivered today. 20 minutes into the delivery window they messaged me saying it was rescheduled because I didn't send the proper documents. Even though I did. Had to call carvana, have them pull up my documents I sent and now am waiting for them to see if they will still deliver today. They tried to blame me for their screw up and now I'm stuck waiting even longer for this car even though they've already taken my money. Unprofessional.
