the app only shows locations. can't get to my rewards

This app need updated. I SHOULD NOT BE FORCED TO GIVE A LOCATION IN ORDER TO SEE A MENU. I CAN'T SEE THE MENU UNLESS I ORDER HEAD OR FOR DELIVERY!!. THIS POOR OPERATIONS. whoever did this web page need be fired

I get an advertisement for a free person and no offer shows in my app. I'm done supporting auntie annes. Pretzels are outrageously priced now. My local shop was 8 dollar per pretzel. App is useless with such expensive prices.

Awful experience

App is completely broken, I already had an account with Facebook so I downloaded the app and signed in with it, I was stuck in a broken loop and had to uninstall, reinstalled after and now it doesn't even show an option for logging in with Facebook, since that just disappeared I tried to make another account but it won't let me because my number is tied to my Facebook account, so then I try to log in on browser through Facebook but when I click it it just does nothing

App does not work.It auto signed me out without my request,after five log in attempts it locked me out.When I hit the forgot password the recovery email never came.Two hours later after giving up entirely I checked my aa app and I was magically logged in again,no idea how.I have the wetzels app too,rewards work,promos work,no b.s.No more $ from me until aa fixes their joke of an app.Wetzels will get my $.

Data grifter, takes your personal data and locks up. This app only works for online ordering, you cannot access any member features. By advertising "create an account for a free pretzel" they are actually just conning us into giving them data to sell.

absolute trash. crashing and error after error. can't even order. national pretzel day? easy to give free pretzels away when you don't have to give any because your app is so terrible it doesn't let you order. Uninstall for sure.
