Fishing for reviews gets you 1 star. Trying to dismiss something in the app by clicking on the X, and it just comes back. Don't want AI reviews. All around cumbersome app to use. Cost estimate doesn't work correctly, list isn't scrollable and brings up irrelevant info. Zero reason to use this app over the web site. Doesn't remember login info. Terrible all around

The app is useless. It asks me to verify my login with a code sent to my e-mail and everytime I grab the code and switch back to the app it starts over from the login screen.
I get the same error as the website. Supposed "technical issues" that never seem to go away. You'd think a service that makes accessing important healthcare info more convenient would be more reliable, but I guess not. Would be great to see this fixed.
app is horrible keeps asking me to verify information and them fails. companies that profit this much should at least have decent apps it's the bare minimum they could do.
