Hello i am experiencing some issues, i was recently charged 530 pesos eventhrough i don't have active subscription, i signed up for free Trial, and without any notice will you automatically deducted my e-wallet account. I'm kindly asking for refund i badly needed the money for school purposes, please give considerations and be responsible, I was not Aware of auto deduct it automatically nor text/email. I badly needed the money.
