Paid for a subscription this month April 2026 and these people disabled my features but took my money so I plan on suing them. I hope you don't think you're going to get away with stealing my money. you have evil customer service workers and you're a thief for thinking u can take someone money and disabled the service. see u in court.

Terrible system do not subscribe to it. You have no control over what it decides should be recorded or not and no way to see anything outside of the footage it considered an event. I get endless notifications about me home alone sorting laundry but no way to watch the two hours of the day I had people over and want to scan through. Also you can't see your camera footage on a computer only a phone or tablet. Would be convenient to watch live feed from my work computer but you can't.
