Maybe if you deal with minor anxiety this practice can help.. Not equipped for severe mental health illnesses. The level of care is sub standard. As a patient with a severe diagnosis in an active cycle, I was told all appointments are 20 mins and to 'stay safe' until the next one. When I raised safety concerns explaining that I would have to leave the practice, the response was just 'Ok.' Not a safe environment for complex mental health needs

It is a great program and app for successful recovery with a lot to offer. I actually enjoy the group meetings, which has typically not been the case. Non-judgemental, fully encouraging and supportive. Feels like they truly care.
